Did you know that Thomas Edison invented the Red Room? His first two films, Monkeyshines 1 and 2, are well-known in certain circles, but there is a lost 3rd film, reputed to contain footage of Jack the Ripper's final act! Filmmaker Q Tuturro takes readers on a tour through the history of snuff films, from Buñuel's Un Chien Andalou, to Lee Harvey Oswald's assassination, to Can- nibal Holocaust, to the Japanese Guinea Pig films and beyond. But when QT obtains a copy of Edison's lost film, his collecting days may soon be over.
